The name pecorino is actually taken from the Italian word pecora, which means “sheep.” A softer milder version of its famous cousin “Pecorino Romano”, this Rustic Pecorino is aged over 8 weeks, with a soft rind and firm middle. Excellent alone or paired with fruits and nuts.
