Parmigiano Reggiano Stravecchio. Universally considered “the King of cheeses”, Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the few remaining foods that are obtained in a completely natural way, without any additives! Only milk, rennet and a little salt!
Aged 36 months, it has a slightly straw-yellow color, with a grainy and crumbly paste and a flavor in balance between sweet and tasty. Unsurpassed as a condiment for pasta dishes, rice and soups. Exceptional eaten alone or accompanied by vegetables and fruits such as pears, apples, figs, grapes, peaches, kiwis and nuts. To delight the most refined palates it is extraordinary with balsamic vinegar.
