This rich and intense tomato sauce is produced the same day of the harvest using 2 different varieties of heritage yellow tomatoes to achieve an incredible fruity flavor. Its only ingredient: Quintosapore tomatoes grown in the soil and sun of their Farm in Umbria. Ready to cook, just empty the content in a pot with a little olive oil and garlic and cook for about 20 minutes. Try it with your favorite ravioli or tortellini.
