Description
This tomato sauce is produced the same day of the harvest using 4 different varieties of heritage red tomatoes to offer a unique “bouquet” of flavors. Its only ingredient: Quintosapore tomatoes grown in the soil and sun of their Farm in Umbria. Ready to cook, just empty the content in a pot with a little olive oil and garlic and cook for about 20 minutes. Excellent for preparing dishes with forgotten tastes.
