Description
A delicious vegetable caviar based on organic smoked eggplant pulp and spices. Produced with more ripened aubergines harvested in August, the best period of production, they literally burn them in a hot fire. Once burned they spoon out the tender and smoky meat and chop it with Lime, Jalapeños, Aglione garlic and Quintosapore organic olive oil. A perfect aperitif, you can use it as a vegetarian pate.
