Description
Without a doubt the tastiest of plums. Ancient fruit grown almost exclusively in the area between Umbria and Tuscany. Pitted and quickly blanched with the addition of lemon zest. A perfect compote to be enjoyed alone, over an ice cream or to prepare an excellent tart.
