This rich and intense tomato sauce is produced the same day of the harvest using 3 different varieties of heritage green tomatoes to offer the sweetest flavors a tomato sauce can achieve. Its only ingredient: Quintosapore tomatoes grown in the soil and sun of their Farm in Umbria. Ready to cook, just empty the content in a pot with a little olive oil and garlic and cook for about 20 minutes.
