The most famous recipe from Quintosapore, a ready-made pasta sauce produced using a forgotten tomato called “Viola degli artigiani” and Aglione garlic. Aglione, which is unique in the world, is a D.O.P. of the Val di Chiana and in past centuries it was given the name of “Garlic of the emperors”. Compared to the other types of garlic it is much larger in size, has a more delicate aroma and doesn’t contain “allicin” making it suitable for garlic intolerant people. Simply heat it up and dress your favorite pasta!
