Description
Inspired by the famous spanish aioli, this grainy mayonnaise is produced exclusively with Aglione Garlic. Aglione, which is unique in the world, is a D.O.P. of the Val di Chiana and in past centuries it was given the name of “Garlic of the emperors”. Compared to the other types of garlic it is much larger in size, has a more delicate aroma and doesn’t contain “allicin” making it suitable for garlic intolerant people. Use to accompany any vegetable, meat or fish or inside sandwiches.
